RoundCube web-mail software
For those customers that have an @sonoracomm.com email address we have installed another option to be used as a web-mail client. For your convenience we have installed RoundCube. This will access your same mail as the standard web-mail software. The main benefit is that RoundCube manages large numbers of folders better than the default web-mail.
The downside is that there are settings in the default webmail for spam that are not available in RoundCube. You can always log into the default web-mail to adjust those settings and use RoundCube on a daily basis.
You can adjust those settings here: https://webmail.sonoracomm.com
Click here for an explanation of spam settings.
To login to RoundCube use this link. It will create a secure, encrypted connection that safeguards your privacy.

- Click the Settings link in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
- Click the Folders tab.
- Click in boxes in the Subscribed column for any folder you want displayed.
- There is no save option so checking the box finishes the procedure.
- Click the E-Mail link in the upper right and your folders will be visible.
There are more settings to be considered. I encourage you to go over them to determine if you would like other than default behavior. If you are not sure of the function leave it at the default setting.
